To ensure prompt delivery and guarantee that your package arrives within our specified timelines, please ensure that your address is accurately inputted and contains all necessary details. It is crucial to use accurate abbreviations, include street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable). Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete address information provided during the purchase process.
Processing Time
- All orders require processing time, which is distinct from the shipping duration after pickup from our fulfillment center by the carrier. Depending on various factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process.
Delivery Policy
- If your package is lost or missing, you must contact Bailey’s Unique Boutique within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reship. Bailey’s Unique Boutique does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case by case basis.
- Bailey’s Unique Boutique does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Out of Stock Items
- If your order includes multiple items and one or more of them are out of stock, we will proceed to ship the remaining items in your order. A refund for the item(s) that are out of stock will be issued to your original method of payment.
Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping
- While we strive to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences at Bailey’s Unique Boutique, we reserve the right to require customers to use a 'common' shipping and billing address if we are unable to process an order or verify the provided shipping address, in order to protect our customers.
Additionally, Bailey’s Unique Boutique reserves the right to define and limit, refuse, or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicating 'wardrobing;'
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Bailey’s Unique Boutique reserves the right to restrict, refuse, or decline returns (both in-store and online) from any customer or entity due to similar actions as mentioned above."
